The 3GEN Mixing Bucket is designed to streamline on-site concrete production, allowing for quick and efficient mixing. It offers versatile material loading options: either by using the bucket as a traditional scoop or by manual filling. The integrated auger efficiently mixes materials toward the center of the bucket, ensuring a high-quality and uniform concrete mixture.

The discharge process is controlled by a hydraulic outlet at the center of the bucket, allowing precise concrete placement through a flexible tube, which is included as standard. Built to withstand rigorous use, the mixing bucket features Hardox 450 steel in the auger for excellent wear resistance and S355 steel for the base, ensuring durability and long-term performance.

Designed for versatility, the mixing bucket’s attachment plate is bolted and interchangeable, making it compatible with various operating machines and attachment types. For added safety, the front protection grille can be locked with two pins, preventing accidental opening during operation. Optional features include hydraulic or gas-assisted opening of the grille for ease of use and a hydraulic safety valve that halts auger operation when the grille is open, ensuring safe operation.
