(Also searched as 4651658 GLASS HITACHI and 4651-658 GLASS HITACHI)

Product Overview

The 4651658 GLASS HITACHI is a precision-formed cabin safety glass engineered specifically for heavy-duty excavators manufactured by Hitachi Construction Machinery. This component is designed to restore full operator visibility while preserving cabin integrity in extreme working environments such as quarrying, mining, demolition, and large-scale earthmoving.

Unlike universal glass panels, the 4651658 GLASS HITACHI follows the exact curvature, edge geometry, and mounting-hole positioning required by HITACHI cabin frames. This ensures a tight seal, vibration resistance, and long-term durability under constant mechanical stress.

At 3GEN Export, we supply this product as an OEM-grade replacement and deliver worldwide within 5 working days, helping equipment owners minimize downtime and return machines to operation quickly.

What Is the Role of 4651658 GLASS HITACHI?

The 4651658 GLASS HITACHI is a structural and visual cabin component. It performs multiple critical functions at once:

Restores clear visibility for precise digging and loading operations

Protects the operator from dust, debris, and weather exposure

Supports cabin rigidity under vibration

Reduces noise transfer into the operator environment

Maintains proper cabin sealing against water and air ingress

When cabin glass becomes scratched, chipped, or cracked, visibility drops and fatigue increases. Replacing damaged panels with the correct geometry glass like 4651658 GLASS HITACHI is essential for safety, productivity, and operator comfort.

Manufacturing and Design Characteristics

Based on the provided images, the 4651658 GLASS HITACHI features a complex asymmetric profile with integrated fixing holes and a ceramic black perimeter band. This design allows the glass to seat precisely inside factory rubber seals while preventing UV exposure to bonding areas.

Key construction elements include:

Tempered safety glass structure

CNC-polished edges

Pre-drilled mounting points

Ceramic border coating for UV protection

Smooth internal curvature for ergonomic visibility

These characteristics ensure reliable performance in high-vibration conditions and rapid temperature changes commonly found on crawler excavators.

Key Features of 4651658 GLASS HITACHI
