1. General

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 3GEN Export website (3genexport.com) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3GEN Export is a registered trademark of 3GEN Group LLC, a company incorporated in the State of California, USA, with principal offices at 3731 W Warner Avenue, Office 18, Santa Ana, CA 92704.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on 3genexport.com are in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes, duties and shipping. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability or stock errors
  • Pricing or description inaccuracies
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify payment information

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified promptly and any charges will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Apple Pay — where available, via our secure Stripe checkout
  • Google Pay — where available, via our secure Stripe checkout

All transactions are processed through industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. 3GEN Export does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free worldwide shipping is included in the price of every product listed on 3genexport.com — to any country, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees.

Orders are prepared in 1–2 days and in transit 4–5 days — typically 5–7 days door to door. Shipments go by air.

Orders ship from our warehouses in Ankara (Türkiye) or Santa Ana (California) — whichever is closer or has the part available. The carrier depends on the destination; most shipments go via DHL or UPS.

Orders up to 300 kg ship as a single parcel. Heavier orders ship as two or more parcels, each up to 300 kg.

Delivery times may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and local carriers. 3GEN Export is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspection
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.)
  • Local carrier delays beyond our control

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. The commercial invoice and shipping paperwork are generated automatically and travel with every order.

Import Duties & Taxes: All duties, taxes and customs fees are included — there is nothing to pay on delivery (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). In the rare event a carrier does charge you on delivery, email us the receipt and we will refund it.

5. Returns & Refunds

Purchased items are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged on arrival. The return is at our cost. To start a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Wrong item ordered. If you ordered the wrong part, you can exchange it within 14 days. You pay the return shipping and return the wrong item in its original condition.

Not returnable: custom-ordered parts, installed parts, and items damaged due to improper handling by the buyer.

Cancellations: orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once they are placed. 3GEN Export's own right to cancel an order is set out in section 2.

6. Warranty

Every item sold by 3GEN Export is covered by our own 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage caused by use in applications not specified by the manufacturer
  • Parts modified or altered after purchase

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue, including photographs where possible.

7. B2B Partner Program & Beta Access

Membership. B2B partner status is granted at our discretion. We may decline an application, or withdraw partner status with notice. Withdrawal does not affect orders already confirmed, and it does not affect your ordinary retail account, which continues at standard pricing.

Beta and pre-release features. Features identified as Beta or pre-release are provided as-is for evaluation. They may change, or be withdrawn, before general availability, and we make no commitment as to their availability or timing.

Founding terms. Where we describe founding-member terms to you at signup, we will honour them as described when the relevant paid plans launch.

Paid partner plans. Paid partner plans, where offered, are governed by the plan terms presented to you at the point of purchase — including billing cycle, renewal and cancellation — and those terms take precedence for the features they cover.

Member pricing. Member pricing applies only where it is shown at checkout and confirmed on your order. Calculators, product-page estimates and similar tools are indicative only; where we issue a written quote, that quote governs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and code — is the property of 3GEN Group LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent. Brand names and logos displayed on this website (e.g., Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3GEN Export and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of the website or inability to access it
  • Any product purchased through the website
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the website

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
