T396393 GLASS HITACHI

If you are looking for a reliable replacement cabin glass solution for your excavator, T396393 GLASS HITACHI is widely listed online as the upper front windshield or upper front window pane used on a range of Hitachi Zaxis-series machines. Public dealer and parts listings also connect T396393 with alternate number FYA00001495, and multiple sellers describe it as a green-tinted safety glass panel with a single hole and black fritted border around the edges.

From a product-page perspective, T396393 GLASS HITACHI is the kind of component that does far more than fill an opening in the cab. It supports operator visibility, weather protection, debris separation, and everyday working comfort in demanding construction, mining, quarry, and earthmoving conditions. The uploaded images also show a carefully shaped pane with rounded corners, black edge treatment, and a drilled hole detail, which aligns with the general online descriptions for this part family.

At 3GEN Export, we present T396393 GLASS HITACHI as an OEM supplier product for buyers who need dependable fitment support, professional export handling, and worldwide delivery in 5 working days. For distributors, workshops, fleet owners, and international spare-parts buyers, this makes T396393 GLASS HITACHI a practical listing for both direct replacement demand and stock-based resale demand.

What Is T396393 GLASS HITACHI?

T396393 GLASS HITACHI is commonly described in online parts catalogs and dealer listings as an upper front windshield panel for selected Hitachi excavators. Deere-linked listings identify T396393 as “Windowpane, Glass, Window Upper,” while Hitachi-oriented listings connect the same glass profile to FYA00001495 and describe it as an upper front windshield replacement cab glass. That cross-reference is valuable because many heavy-equipment buyers search using both the numeric part code and the alternate machine-brand number.

In practical terms, this means T396393 GLASS HITACHI is not a generic flat sheet. It is a shaped cab glass component designed for a specific front upper cab position, where visibility and edge accuracy matter. The one-hole configuration and contoured perimeter shown in public listings indicate that this part is produced to suit a defined frame and hardware layout rather than being a cut-to-size universal panel.

For buyers uploading products to an e-commerce website, that distinction matters. Customers searching for T396393 GLASS HITACHI are usually not browsing casually; they are often trying to solve a broken-glass issue quickly and need a clearly identified replacement part. A strong product page should therefore highlight the part number, alternate number, installation position, visible design features, and model compatibility in a very direct way.

Why T396393 GLASS HITACHI Matters in Daily Machine Operation

Cab glass is a safety and productivity component. In excavators, the front upper pane contributes to forward sightlines, helps shield the operator from dust and weather, and supports a more controlled cab environment during long working hours. When upper front glass is cracked, hazed, chipped, or improperly fitted, the result is not only poor appearance but also reduced visibility and potentially more operator fatigue.

That is why T396393 GLASS HITACHI should be described as a performance-supporting replacement part, not only as a cosmetic cabin item. In real working environments such as demolition zones, rock handling sites, trenching work, and quarry loading areas, the operator depends on clear front glazing to judge bucket position, machine angle, nearby obstacles, and jobsite movement. A properly matched upper front pane helps maintain that visual control.

Because this part is commonly listed as green-tinted safety glass, it also answers a comfort need. Tinted construction glass can help reduce glare and create a more stable visual experience inside the cab, especially in bright outdoor environments. Several public listings describe T396393 or its superseding number as green tempered glass, while dealer pages also note DOT-related certification language for the replacement glass.

T396393 GLASS HITACHI Design Features

Upper Front Windshield Configuration

Public references consistently place T396393 GLASS HITACHI in the upper front windshield position. Deere retail catalog language uses “Window Upper,” while other sellers explicitly call it “Front Upper Replacement Glass” or “Upper Front Windshield Replacement Cab Glass.” That consistency is useful for SEO because it allows the product page to rank across multiple buyer intents, including searches for T396393 glass, T396393 Hitachi windshield, T396393 upper front glass, and FYA00001495 cab glass.

Green-Tinted Safety Glass

Several sellers describe the panel as green-tinted tempered safety glass. One dealer page lists T396393 as 4 mm green tempered safety glass with a black frit border and one hole, while another seller lists the superseding Hitachi-linked number FYA00001495 as 5 mm thick, green tinted, tempered glass, also with one hole. Because public listings differ slightly on thickness, the most honest product-page wording is to say that T396393 GLASS HITACHI is commonly sold online as green safety glass in the 4 mm to 5 mm range, and exact build details should be verified against the machine model and frame pattern before dispatch.

Black Border and Hole Detail

The uploaded images clearly show black border treatment and a single hole detail. That matches the online descriptions that mention “fritt all around” and “1 Hole.” From a functional viewpoint, the border treatment supports sealing, fit appearance, and interface with the cab frame, while the drilled hole indicates a defined locking, latch, or hardware-related alignment requirement depending on cab design.

Shaped Glass, Not Universal Flat Stock

Another strong selling point is that T396393 GLASS HITACHI is a formed replacement part with a dedicated outline. The images show curved corners and a non-rectangular industrial profile, while seller listings provide finished dimensions rather than generic raw-glass dimensions. That helps buyers understand they are sourcing a machine-specific component rather than purchasing a blank glazing sheet that would need further fabrication.

Technical Details and Specifications for T396393 GLASS HITACHI

Online sources support the following core description for T396393 GLASS HITACHI: upper front windshield or upper front window pane, alternate number FYA00001495, green-tinted safety glass, one-hole design, and a shaped perimeter with black edge treatment. Reported dimensions cluster around 44 x 33 inches, and one detailed listing gives 1105 mm width by 832 mm height. Another marketplace listing shows a close variant at 1097 x 830 mm, which suggests that sellers may round measurements or list usable frame dimensions differently.

Thickness data is not identical across public pages. One dealer page describes T396393 as 4 mm tempered safety glass, while another seller lists the superseding part as 5 mm thick green tinted tempered glass. For website publishing, the best approach is to be transparent: describe T396393 GLASS HITACHI as commonly listed online in the 4 mm to 5 mm thickness range, and note that buyers should verify the full machine model and existing glass profile before ordering.

Weight information also varies across public sources. A Deere retailer search result shows 20 lb, the Deere parts catalog snippet shows a 40 lb package weight, and another seller lists FYA00001495 glass at 46 lb. Using the listed size of 1105 mm by 832 mm and the 4 mm to 5 mm thickness range gives an estimated bare-glass weight of about 9.2 kg to 11.5 kg, while packaged shipping weight from public listings falls roughly in the 18.1 kg to 20.9 kg range. For a clean product page, I would publish this as: Estimated net glass weight: approximately 10-12 kg; approximate packaged shipping weight: approximately 18-21 kg.

HITACHI Models Commonly Listed for T396393 GLASS HITACHI

Public seller listings commonly connect T396393 GLASS HITACHI or FYA00001495 with a wide range of Hitachi excavator models. One of the most detailed compatibility pages lists the following Hitachi Zaxis-series applications: ZX130-5G, ZX130-5N, ZX130-6N, ZX130LCN-6, ZX160LC-5G, ZX160LC-5N, ZX160LC-6N, ZX180LC-5G, ZX180LC-5N, ZX180LC-6N, ZX190W-5N, ZX190-6N, ZX200-5G, ZX200LC-5G, ZX210-5G, ZX210-5N, ZX210-6N, ZX210LC-5G, ZX210LC-5N, ZX210LC-6N, ZX230W-5N, ZX250LC-5G, ZX250LC-5N, ZX250LC-6N, ZX290LC-5G, ZX290LC-5N, ZX300LC-6N, EX345USLC-6N, ZX350LC-5G, ZX350LC-5N, ZX350LC-6N, ZX380LC-5N, ZX380LC-6N, ZX470-5A, ZX470LC-5B, ZX470LC-5G, ZX470LC-6, ZX670LC-5, ZX670LC-6, ZX870LC-5G, and ZX870LC-6.

Other sellers publish a narrower but overlapping fitment list, including ZX130LC-5, ZX160LC-5, ZX180LC-5, ZH200, ZX210-5, ZX210LC-5, ZH210LC-5, ZX250LC-5, ZX250LCN-5, ZX290LC-5, ZX350LC-5, ZX250LC-6, ZX300LC-6, ZX350LC-6, ZX380LC-6, ZX470LC-6, and ZX490LC-6. Because public compatibility lists are not fully identical across sellers, the safest wording for your website is “commonly listed for the following models” rather than presenting the list as an absolute factory catalog statement.

That nuance is important for professional buyers. Excavator cab layouts can vary by region, series revision, serial break, or cab specification, so strong fitment practice always includes checking the part number, machine model, and existing glass profile before finalizing the order. One public seller explicitly instructs buyers to verify all measurements and the full model number before purchase, which is sensible advice for any cab-glass transaction.

Where T396393 GLASS HITACHI Is Used

T396393 GLASS HITACHI is relevant to machines working in construction, earthmoving, site preparation, roadwork, utility excavation, quarry operations, and general contractor fleets. In all of these sectors, cab glass replacement is a recurring maintenance need because front glazing can be exposed to flying aggregate, impact damage, thermal stress, accidental tool strikes, or long-term visibility loss through scratching and wear.

For that reason, this part has strong recurring demand in the replacement-parts market. A fleet manager may need T396393 GLASS HITACHI to restore a working machine quickly. A dealer may need it as a fast-moving stock item. An export buyer may need several pieces to support regional machine populations that use Hitachi Zaxis equipment. That commercial logic is exactly why a detailed SEO page matters: buyers searching by code often want speed, clarity, and confidence.

Installation and Replacement Considerations

When writing your product page, it is smart to explain that T396393 GLASS HITACHI should be installed only after confirming the exact machine model, cab version, and matching frame profile. Public listings show that the part is sold as a glass panel and may not include hardware, frame, or seals. One detailed seller page states explicitly that the glass is individually boxed and does not include hardware, frame, or seals.

That detail helps reduce returns and confusion. Buyers often assume that a windshield listing includes seals, latches, trim, or mounting accessories, but many cab-glass products are sold as the glass only. On your website, that means the description should clearly say that T396393 GLASS HITACHI is supplied as the glass component and that surrounding installation elements should be checked separately unless confirmed in the quotation.

It is also worth emphasizing packing quality. Glass products need careful export packaging to reduce transit damage. Since T396393 GLASS HITACHI is a shaped heavy-equipment glass panel, strong boxing, internal protection, and correct handling marks are part of the value proposition. This is especially important for international customers ordering from outside their local dealer network.

Why T396393 GLASS HITACHI Is a Strong E-Commerce Product

From an SEO viewpoint, T396393 GLASS HITACHI performs well because it captures multiple high-intent search patterns. Buyers may search for T396393, T396393 GLASS HITACHI, T396393 Hitachi glass, FYA00001495, Hitachi upper front windshield, Hitachi cab upper front glass, or even by machine model plus part number. Since public listings already connect these terms, your page can naturally target both standard search engines and AI-driven answer engines by using all relevant variants in a clear, human tone.

It is also a visually understandable part. The uploaded images make it easy for buyers to compare outline, corner shape, hole placement, and edge treatment against the damaged part on their own machine. For cab-glass listings, visual confirmation is often one of the strongest conversion tools, because shape recognition helps customers validate the purchase faster than text alone.

Why Buy from 3GEN Export

At 3GEN Export, we position T396393 GLASS HITACHI for serious international parts buyers who want dependable sourcing from an OEM supplier. That means clear part identification, export-oriented communication, professional packing, and worldwide delivery in 5 working days. For distributors and workshops, that is often more important than a low-information listing with minimal technical detail.

A strong supplier is especially important for cabin glass because the buyer is not only purchasing a code; they are purchasing fit confidence, shipment care, and responsive support. When your website presents T396393 GLASS HITACHI with the part number, alternate reference, model range, estimated weight in kilograms, and installation-position clarity, the product page becomes far more useful to buyers and far more competitive in search.

Final Product Summary

T396393 GLASS HITACHI is widely listed online as an upper front windshield or upper front window pane used on a broad range of Hitachi Zaxis excavators, with alternate reference FYA00001495. Public listings describe it as green-tinted safety glass with one hole, black border treatment, and dimensions around 1105 mm by 832 mm or 44 by 33 inches. Because online sources show minor variation in thickness and weight data, the most responsible listing practice is to publish it with transparent estimated weight language and to request model verification before order confirmation.

For your website, this part should be positioned as a high-demand replacement cabin glass solution for Hitachi excavators, supplied by 3GEN Export as an OEM supplier with worldwide delivery in 5 working days. Done correctly, the page can attract buyers searching by part number, alternate number, machine application, or front upper windshield keywords while still reading naturally and professionally.
